Yesterday, EA confirmed that the third instalment in the Army of Two series is currently in development.
Army of Two: Devil's Cartel will apparently have a more "intense, mature and grittier tone", according to Visceral Games producer Julian Beak. The company, who previously developed both Dead Space games, have taken over from EA Montreal on development duties this time around.
The game will be using the Frostbite 2 engine that Battlefield 3 had utilised, and gameplay is going to be challenging, with a focus on quality.
Army of Two: Devil's Cartel is out in March 2013.
