Hyrule Historia is a huge guide to the Zelda universe. Packed with plenty of concept art, secrets, and information on the series, it also includes a solution to the Zelda timeline. Fans have been debating that one for years, so it will be interesting to see this!
Dark Horse Comics will be translating Hyrule Historia, which will then be released for $34.99 (other countries prices still need to be confirmed). The book is scheduled for a release on the 29th January 2013. It will include all content in English, even small notes, and will be released in North America, UK, Australia and some additional parts of Europe. This is fantastic news, as there has been a massive demand for this book from Zelda fans. A few pages have found their way online from the Japanese edition, but it'll be great to actually be able to flick through the book without a translation.
Personally, being a huge Zelda fan, I will be buying this!
I posted on the 18th December with the news that an official Zelda artbook, entitled Hyrule Historia would be released. The book includes an official timeline, something that fans have been speculating for a long time now.
The time line begins with Skyward Sword (the latest Zelda title), and involves various splits into alternative universes, depending on the ending events in other games. It's hard to get your head around at times, but Zelda fans, like myself, will no doubt appreciate this.

Nintendo celebrated Zelda's 25th anniversary with a brilliant set of symphony concerts, new releases, and re-releases of Zelda games, and now this-a Zelda artbook.
Entitled Hyrule Historia, the book features 274 pages of concept and promotional art from the beginning of the series until present day. The book is due out on the 21st December in Japan, and is priced at 3255 yen ($41/£26.42). Hopefully it shall follow in Europe soon after, as I'd love to get my hands on this!
