Laurent Fischer, the Managing Director of European Marketing and PR at Nintendo of Europe used the press release to explain that partnering with free-hotspot.com "made absolute sense", as these access points are "largely located in popular restaurants and hotels-places where Nintendo 3DS owners are likely to want, and to unwind in."
