Karateka Remake Hitting PSN and XBLA

80's martial arts action title Karateka will be getting a remake for the Playstation Network and Xbox Live Arcade, it has emerged. The original title was created by Jordan Mechner, who went on to create perhaps his most well known game, Prince of Persia. 


Mechner will be on board for the remake, which, like the original, will be set in feudal Japan. More details are set to follow soon.
