As many of my Twitter and Facebook followers are probably aware by now, me and my boyfriend are moving into a new place in three weeks time. We've been crazily saving for enough money to buy furniture and to pay for any of our belongings to be transported. However, every little extra helps.
So this is why I've taken to eBay this weekend and am listing a whole host of gaming items from mine and my boyfriends collections.
As the moment I am selling shiny, rare, mint and near mint condition Pokemon and Yu Gi Oh cards, Dungeons & Dragons books, a rare Konami Contra LCD Handheld game, Majora's Mask gold cartridge with a manual.
I will be selling more Nintendo 64 games with manuals once these auctions have ended in 7 days time, along with some other goodies I have acquired.
Here's my eBay store: http://my.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbayBeta&CurrentPage=MyeBayNextAllSelling&ssPageName=STRK:ME:LNLK:MESX
Currently listed. More in a week!:
I'd appreciate it if any of you would take a look at my eBay. They are starting off at a very low price, will be sent as soon as it's closed, and are packaged securely.
Thanks all, and happy bidding!

Silent Hill: Book of Memories Launch Trailer Released
Konami has released the launch trailer for Silent Hill: Book of Memories.
Book of Memories is confirmed for the Playstation Vita, and marks a few changes for this classic survival horror series. The game focuses on co-operative play, moving it away from the psychological horror that the single player gameplay presented.
However, Konami stress that the co-operative mode will still be full of tension, due to the creepy new surroundings, limited resources and typical dark atmosphere.
The game is due to be released sometime this month. Check out the launch trailer below.

Silent Hill HD Collection NOT Getting A Patch
Own the HD ports of Silent Hill 2 and 3 on your Xbox 360, but frustrated with the string of bugs? Well...prepare for further disappointment.
Konami have revealed that the patch, which was expected to correct the bugs, including audio problems, frame rate and visual effects issues, has been cancelled. The games were ported over to the console with incomplete code after Konami lost the final release version of the game.
The company have apologised to any players experiencing issues with these HD ports. All in all, quite rubbish really!

The Simpsons Arcade Game Out Now
The Simpsons Arcade Game is now available to purchase and play on the Xbox 360 Marketplace.
The game, which was promised by Konami earlier this week, brings the 1991 arcade classic to consoles for the first time, and sees the Simpsons family attempt to rescue Maggie from long-running miser Mr. Burns and his assistant Waylon Smithers. Four player co-op has been added to, so four players can battle it out as the whole Simpson family (minus Maggie of course).
The Simpsons Arcade Game is available to download from the Xbox Live Arcade for 800 Microsoft Points.

The Upcoming Silent Hill Assault
Konami will be enticing gamers into the nightmarish town of Silent Hill on three different occasions in March 2012.
The 6th March brings Silent Hill HD Collection, which presents remastered and HD upscaled versions of Silent Hill 2 and 3. This collection also brings some new voicework and graphics, and serves as a great time to introduce players who may have either been too young, or missed out on these two titles when they were initially released all those years ago. This release will be available for the PS3 and Xbox 360.
The 13th March welcomes the newest addition to the series. Silent Hill: Downpour will be reeased for the Xbox 360 and PS3. The final title in this batch, Silent Hill: Book of Memories will be released on the 27th March. The game has multiplayer functions and will be available for the Playstation Vita.
That's a lot of creepy gameplay to get through in March! Will you be one of them walking the foggy roads of Silent Hill once again?

Silent Hill HD Collection Delayed
Silent Hill HD Collection has become the latest in a long line of games to gain a March 2012 release.
The collection, which bundles together HD remakes of Silent Hill 2 and 3, was due to be released on the 24th January. Konami have not explained why the release date has been changed, but it could be due to some last minute tweaks perhaps?
Those looking for some new Silent Hill action can at least look forward to Silent Hill: Downpour, which will be released later this week.

NeverDead Coming January 2012
NeverDead has been previewed at various gaming events but Konami has held off on letting players know when they will be able to get hold of it. They have now announced that the game will be released next January and have stated that there will be post-launch DLC, like so many other games these days.
The protagonist, named Bryce is an immortal who finds employment as a demon killer, protecting the world from evil. Whilst our hero cannot die, the demons still try their hardest to kill him, tearing him literally into pieces. This dismemberment is where the games main mechanics lie, you can use your torn off limbs to bludgeon enemies or leave your body parts as bait to lure them into traps.
Once the fight is over, you can reattach your severed limbs and failing that you can escape combat as a rolling severed head.

Simpsons Arcade Coming to XBLA
It appears that The Simpsons arcade game is coming to the XBLA marketplace, according to a rating on the Australian Classification Board
The developer, Backbone Entertainment will be handling the game if the listing can be believed. This would mean another collaboration between Konami and Backbone, which previously released X-Men Arcade on the XBLA.
I'm sure more details will become announced soon enough.

Metal Gear Solid HD Collection Coming in February 2012
Konami announced yesterday that their anticipated Metal Gear Solid HD Collection has delayed it's release for Europe audiences. Fans will be able to get their hands on the bundle, which contains Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater on the 3rd February 2012.
The current North American release date of 8th November 2011, and the Japanese date of the 28th November 2011 have not been changed as of yet. Whether these change like the European release has, only time will tell.
The Metal Gear series has been hugely successful ever since the launch of the début title, Metal Gear in 1987. Players take control of a special forces operative by the name "Solid Snake." The gameplay combines action with plenty of stealth sections, and has developed into a formula that even now, fans are satisfied with. The Metal Gear Solid HD Collection will contain five of the games, in a brand new HD format, in one package. Sounds good, huh?
