Top 5 Most Infectious Games In 2015

Today on 8-Bit Girl, I'm happy to introduce a guest blogger. Join Dejan Lukic as he shares his top 5 most infectious, and addictive games in 2015.

A popular saying states that ‘life is more fun if you play games’. Earlier, kids and adults interested in games had no other option other than visiting their local playground. But, now like everything available in their doorsteps, games are also available for them right on their computer or mobile phone with net connection. Even facilities are available for downloading the games and they can continue to play offline without any net connection.

Let us now explore the top 5 most infectious games in the year 2015.

Angry Birds Speakers!

I love listening to music. My iPod follows me around wherever I go, and although I tend to listen to music through my headphones, I also love to blare it out whilst in the bath, in the presence of company, and so on.

So I was very happy to be sent through these portable speakers, in the shape of two Angry Birds characters!
Sitting at a mere 3.5mm, both speakers are small enough to transport around easily whilst retaining a great sound. Many small speakers fall short when it comes to sound quality, but thankfully on both of these Gear4 produced speakers, the sound was actually rather impressive. The 'tinny' quality of several other small portable speakers was devoid here.

The speakers, modelled after Angry Bird's most familiar red bird and Angry Birds Space's black bird, offer excellent bass performance that can be enhanced by twisting it to expand the speaker. Also included is a built-in USB rechargeable battery that lasts up to 6 hours and a 3.5mm jack to allow for universal compatibility.

When not in use, these Angry Birds speakers can be stored away in a handy black velvet drawcord pouch, to prevent the device from getting damaged or dirty.

I have resorted to using both speakers (for some reason, I tend to use the black one more, as I liked the design) anywhere now, but of course, no bath-time for me is complete without blasting out my favourites.

Both Angry Birds speakers are available at Mobilefun.co.uk

"Bad Piggies" Gameplay Footage Revealed

Rovio Entertainment, the team behind the Angry Birds series, revealed their first gameplay trailer for Bad Piggies today.

Launching on the 27th September for iOS, Android and Mac, Bad Piggies allows fans to play as the pigs, with brand new gameplay not seen in the other Angry Birds titles.

In Bad Piggies, players will build a variety of vehicles for these cute little piggies to ride. The objective is to then complete an obstacle course in one piece.

Check out the trailer below. Personally, I love the green pigs in Angry Birds (come on, they're cute!), so I'm looking forward to giving this a go!

Rovio Announce "Bad Piggies"

Rovio have announced that a sequel to Angry Birds will be coming soon...or should that be a spin-off?

Bad Piggies, coming to iOS, Android and Mac on the 27th September, will be set on the pigs side rather than the birds this time around. Details at this stage are very limited. We can gather from the title that gamers will probably be controlling the pigs this time, rather than the birds. Other than that, a brief teaser video was put up online until more information is released. Check it out below!

The company have now released the official launch trailer for the game, which sees the birds slingshot themselves into a warp hole into space. The trailer shows off a bit of the familiar but addictive Angry Birds gameplay, except the levels and look have now been adapted to work with this new space environment.
