RE6 Collectors Edition a GAME Exclusive in UK

Capcom confirmed the details last week of it's Collectors Edition version of the upcoming Resident Evil 6. The bundle includes not only the steelbook version of the game, but a hoodie, art book, a signed artwork, avatar DLC, Forces emblems, and much more. Judging by the amount included in this collection, no doubt it was going to be an expensive purchase.


Well, it looks like we were right. The collection will be priced at a hefty £129.99, and will be sold exclusively at GAME in the UK. 


Resident Evil 6 will be released on the 2nd October 2012. Will you be picking up the Collectors Edition?

Pandora's Tower UK Trailer Released

Nintendo UK have released a new trailer for RPG Pandora's Tower, right before the games release in Europe this Friday. 


The game proved to be a hit in Japan, and Nintendo are hoping Pandora's Tower will follow in the footsteps of Xenoblade Chronicles and The Last Story, two which are heading to North America soon. A release date for North America has yet to be confirmed.

GAME Issues Customer Statement

Many GAME and Gamestation stores closed their doors today after the companies administration time officially kicked in. The retailers website has been taken offline, and an estimated 300 of the companies 609 outlets are expected to close before the end of today.

GAME have now posted a message to customers on their Facebook page which highlights some important information regarding gift cards, trade-ins, and much more. I've summarised it below. The same applies for all Gamestation stores also.

• No refunds or exchanges until further notice.
• Those who have paid a deposit for a pre-order will now have lost their money.
• The use of GAME Reward Cards has now been suspended.
• GAME Gift Cards AND GAMEwallet accounts have now been suspended.
• Pre-owned hardward trade-ins have been suspended.
• Software can be traded in for reward points, or to exchange for another item. No cash trade-ins are being accepted.
• The "click and collect" service has been suspended.

Whilst many find this a little unfair (I know some of you have a lot of money left on your gift cards, and some of you may have lost out on quite a lot of money. Personally I've lost £75 in all of this), but we should also spare a thought for all those members of staff who have lost their jobs today. 

For those wondering what stores are closing, hopefully GAME will provide us with more information soon. 

Mario Kart 7 Tournament in UK This Weekend

Think you're good at Mario Kart? Well Nintendo in association with GAME are offering UK fans a chance to prove it in this weekends Mario Kart 7 Tournament.

The tournament kicks will take place on this Friday, 2nd December, until Sunday 4th December, and offers fans a chance to win tickets to Italy or GAME vouchers. Racing an all-new course, players will try to attempt to get the fastest time in order to claim the first price in their chosen store-a £25 GAME voucher.


However, get the fastest time in the whole country, and you and your family will be jetting off to Italy as part of the tournaments star prize.

I made it onto the Official Nintendo Magazine UK Website!

Many of you may have realised by now that I am a huge fan of the Zelda series. It all started for me when Link's Awakening made it's début on the Game Boy. I instantly fell in love with everything about it, and have been an avid Zelda fan ever since.


Official Nintendo Magazine UK were offering Nintendo fans a chance at writing a review about their favourite Nintendo game. The best were to be published on their website for all to see.


Today I found out that my review of the original version of Link's Awakening was featured on their website!
